RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

Damaged Products:

We assure you that at OxFit, the customer is the king. So, all the products will be carefully checked before it is dispatched. In case of any damages, the return shipment and the replacement, will be our responsibility.

Exchange:

  • To satisfy the customer’s fit of the apparels, we offer free exchanges, but there will not be any refunds.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving the order, we will cover the shipping cost of the new product. But the cost of returning the product you are not satisfied with, has to be bare by the customer.
  • In case you want to buy the product a little late after returning it to us, a store credit of the same amount will be added to your login account for later use.
  • Only exchange for a different size is free. Additional charges will be charged for replacement of different colour or item.

Rules For Exchange:

  • The exchange must be done within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Email us at support@oxfitapparels.com or WhatsApp us on +919965951117 with the order ID and the reason for exchange.
  • Photographic evidence can be attached for damaged or tampered products.
  • Make sure the items are packed again with the original packing material and bill enclosed.
  • The items to be returned should not be manually damaged, washed or pressed by the customer.
  • Replacement of the items will be initiated once the product received from the customer is screened at the headquarters and passes the above said conditions.
